Welcome to the Halfway Creek community (hall) website. This website provides local information, local social events and a way to communicate with each other about things that matter to our local community. The Halfway Creek Rural Fire Brigade will also be using this website to make announcements, provide information and inform you about scheduled activities.
There are several ways you can advertise on this website. First of all there are the top ads (which are visible on every page on this website) which cost $60 per year. The ads are based on a standard business card, and will be shown as a 220 X 135 mm image. If an associated website exists for the business card, a link can be added to the image, so users can click on the ad, and will be diverted to the provided website.

Please contact Kevin Noble if you are interested in placing an advertisement.

You can post your classifieds here free of charge ! Just register yourself to this website and advertise your “unwanted” stuff, place as many ads as you want, they will be visible for 90 days. After 90 days you will get a reminder if you still want to advertise your item. If you don’t recall you ad it will expire, and disappear from the classifieds. Please don’t forget to remove your advertisement once you have sold your item to avoid unnecessary phone calls.

Halfway Creek Markets

The 2020 Autumn market was quieter than usual with a few regular stall holders missing, the hall had an extended bric a brac stall which was well supported. Thanks to those who helped clear out some of our stored treasures.  There was plenty of bargains to be had and most enjoyed a cuppa and snack from Tony & Liz's kitchen.

The Halfway Creek Community Hall Market has been suspended due to COVID-19, as have the Halfway Creek RFS meetings and training. We will advise when these will resume.
